Undoubtedly, they might feel let down when our output doesn't meet their expectations. After all, their revenue often hinges on leveraging our efforts. However, there's a tipping point where the cost outweighs the benefit. Perhaps taking every Tuesday morning off strikes a balance.
Recognizing this dynamic is crucial. Their primary objective isn't safeguarding our well-being; it's about capitalizing on our contributions to cover expenses. There's no need for resentment; it's simply the reality of the situation.
