Gratitude is a powerful tool, but it can be difficult to cultivate when life gets busy and overwhelming. That's why it's important to start by simply remembering what gratitude feels like.
Take a moment to reflect on what made you feel grateful in the last 24 hours. It could be something as simple as a delicious breakfast or seeing your kids off to school. By focusing on these small moments of gratitude, we can begin to build a habit of gratitude and make it a more integral part of our daily lives.
Once you have a sense of what gratitude feels like, it's important to stay with that feeling and remind yourself that it's possible to feel grateful, even in the midst of life's challenges. Take the time to think about what you were thinking and feeling in those moments of gratitude, and see if you can apply that same level of gratitude to other situations.
By making gratitude a regular part of our lives, we can cultivate a more positive and grateful outlook, and become better equipped to handle life's challenges.
