From clinical instructor to assistant professor: the salary difference you need to know #shorts

Titles do matter in the medical field! All physicians deserve to be recognized for their education and training, just like this board certified physician who was offered the role of an instructor straight out of med school. Don't let anyone tell you that titles don't matter, because they can greatly affect your salary range.

Find out the difference in salary between a clinical instructor and an associate professor, or the next level up. It could be as much as a $30,000 increase from the bottom range of an instructor to the top range of an assistant professor. Keep in mind that salaries vary by specialty and institution, but the difference can be significant.
