How to change behavior #shorts

Are we going to change our behavior when we have this constant stress? And I think the place to start is, I'm going to respect myself, and I'm gonna respect you. I'm going to respect the limits that I have. I'm going to respect the limits that you have. I think that's a really good place to start. And if doctors and nurses, if all of the clinicians in the world can do that, we can seriously impact the cultures we work in.
