Like all physical or sensory pleasures, maybe go outside and be in nature and really enjoy that. Regarding intellectual pleasures, maybe instead of just listening to the news that you don't actually really enjoy, maybe put on a podcast like ours and get some intellectual stimulation and enjoyment from that.
As far as spiritual or creative pleasures, for some people, that could be something like meditation, art, or creating something like a business, website, or podcast. I think it's really important to intentionally focus on those things so that we don't feel like we're just stuck on the treadmill of life every single day.
