How to spend 10 minutes to enjoy life #shorts

There's going to be five or 10 minutes that you have to yourself, and so you can hit all of those areas of pleasure or enjoyment all at once: simply by going outside, during your lunch break, sitting in the sun, or taking a little walk. Maybe you listen to music while you do it. Maybe you write something down in your journal or for creative writing purposes.

Maybe you listen to something else that's stimulating. You can just do that in five or 10 minutes in the middle of your day. And it really serves to break it up, center you, and ground you back into your life and why you're even working so hard.
