The foremost lesson is to truly introspect and allocate the necessary time. Regrettably, it's not merely a day or week of respite that suffices; rather, one must carve out a substantial portion of time. Only a clinician comprehends the magnitude of this, but it entails a significant period during which you pose a series of probing questions to yourself.
What aspects did I find appealing? Conversely, what didn't resonate with me? Why did certain things fail to captivate my interest, while others did? Engaging in this self-examination, you unravel the depths of your inner motivations. This process is intrinsic to effective leadership and maturation. It aids in recognizing one's potential. I assert that the collective efforts we've invested in our respective careers within this domain have never been more strenuous. This is a universally acknowledged truth, though it remains unquantified. A comprehensive time study would unequivocally reveal that we're performing an unprecedented number of tasks per patient in the annals of medical history.
