In our journey of training and development, we encounter moments that shatter our sense of fulfillment. The constant comparisons, ratings, and rankings, the relentless pressure we face during our training can throw us off balance. We find ourselves caught in a whirlwind of comparisons, where anything less than perfection is seen as failure. These experiences can truly setback our progress. Moreover, as employees in the medical field, we face an additional challenge. We were once taught to be the leaders, the ones with all the answers, the invincible captains of the team. But now, in our roles as employed physicians, we find ourselves no longer in command. We've relinquished the boss's mantle. This shift creates a jarring discord for many physicians to navigate.
