First, we have a dearth of subspecialty support like infectious disease. We just recently got a pulmonologist. We don't have a rheumatologist. And as therapies for cancer expand, we need a rheumatologist close by. Patients are relatively medically unsophisticated. A lot of uninsured patients. We don't have easy access to the internet. The Wifi is unstable in this community.
