On November 17th, 2021, my life took an unexpected turn. I experienced a massive stroke that left me paralyzed on my right side and unable to speak. The incident occurred while I was in the basement, gearing up for my morning workout around 5:15 to 5:20 AM. Roughly ten minutes into my routine, as I was engaged in jumping jacks or calisthenics, I noticed that my right arm wasn't functioning properly.
As alarm bells started ringing in my head, I began making my way towards the door. Suddenly, I found myself on the ground, desperately trying to move my right hand, which seemed strangely glued to the floor. It was at that moment I realized the harsh reality—I was in the midst of a stroke. #StrokeAwareness
