Building emotional strength is key to navigating life's challenges, and there are many practices you can engage in to strengthen your emotional resilience. Mindfulness, meditation, and resilience-building exercises can help you build the emotional muscle you need to get through difficult situations.
Bad things will happen, but if you have built up your emotional strength, you will be better equipped to handle them. This is a long-game approach, and if more people, especially children, were taught these practices early on, they would be better prepared to handle life's challenges.
