In my interactions with clinicians who possess vast intelligence across various domains, I often find that many of them underestimate their capacity to transfer the skills honed during their medical training into different arenas, such as business or technology. What's truly intriguing is the realization that many of the aptitudes we cultivate during our time in residency, whether it's conducting rounds in the intensive care unit, practicing psychiatry, or serving as internists, hold remarkable applicability in leadership positions across a multitude of industries, particularly in the realm of technology.
Hence, it would be unwise to confine our aspirations within the boundaries of traditional roles when we have the potential to play pivotal roles in this emerging paradigm.
