Why a Boston hospital's reputation changed my career path

Reflecting on where I truly became a physician led me back to my residency days.

Coming from the Midwest, I found myself interviewing at a prestigious Boston hospital.

During a tour, I asked the chief resident about Boston City Hospital, and his admiration for their residents was palpable.

He called them angels, marveling at their incredible work.

Ironically, his praise convinced me to choose Boston City over his own program.

Have you ever had a moment where someones unintentional comment changed your path?
